This Privacy Policy explains how FINARCOVA processes personal data when you use FINARCOVA Signals. FINARCOVA is operated by Namık Erten, acting as a sole trader in Türkiye.
1. Data we process
- Account data such as email address and authentication identifiers.
- Business profile data you enter, including product categories, target markets, industries and project-size preferences.
- Watchlists, notification preferences and in-product settings.
- Technical and security information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the Service.
- Subscription status and Paddle customer/subscription identifiers. FINARCOVA does not store your full payment-card details.
2. Why we process data
We process data to provide and personalize the Service, authenticate users, manage trials and subscriptions, send requested notifications, protect the Service, troubleshoot problems, meet legal obligations and improve product quality. The applicable legal basis may depend on your location and may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Service providers
We use service providers to operate the Service, including Supabase for application database/authentication and server functions, Netlify for web hosting and delivery, Resend for transactional email, and Paddle for paid checkout, billing and buyer support. These providers process information according to their respective roles and terms.
4. International processing
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used by the relevant provider.
5. Data retention
We retain account and service data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or request data portability. You can also change notification preferences in the Service. Requests may be sent to the contact address below.
7. Cookies and local storage
FINARCOVA uses authentication/session storage and other technically necessary browser storage required to sign users in and operate the application. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies in the FINARCOVA application.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and application data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 18.
